Shipping

We will ship, FREE of charge, to the contiguous United States. Items will ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted or the product is out of stock. We pride ourselves in the speedy handling of orders. Free shipping does not apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, as they must be shipped by air. If you are shipping to one of these locations, selecting 'Free Shipping' will delay your order as we must contact you for approval of the shipping charge. All orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. If there is going to be a delay in shipping your order (such as being out of stock), we will contact you with the expected ship date.

 

We insure all of our customers' packages and use UPS and FedEx Ground for most shipments. These options are based on weekday business days and FedEx and UPS operating schedules. For Saturday delivery shipments, please contact us by phone to order. Holiday shipping schedules also impact shipments. If you have any questions about how best to ship a product, feel free to call and we'll be glad to help.

 

Return Policy

Unless noted below or in the product description, all products can be returned directly to z within 14 days after the invoice date. Items will only be accepted if they have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once an RMA number has been issued, it is valid for 14 days thereafter. Please allow 1-2 weeks after item is received to process refunds and credit your account. We do not accept returns on certain custom/specialty items.

To receive credit, all products must be returned in their original packaging or packaging equal to it. Products must be clean, unmarked, without blemishes or signs of wear and must be in resalable condition. If products received show signs of use a refund may be denied, resulting in shipment of the product back to the customer. Freight charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items. If the returned item meets all the above requirements, it will be accepted and a restocking fee will be applied depending on the sale value of the item returned.

Inventory Restocking Fees:

·         5% of the purchase price if a product(s) of equal or greater value is purchased in replacement of the returned item

·         10% of the purchase price if no replacement is purchased

·         15% restocking fee will apply for returned products valued at or above $100.

 

Typographical errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, JustDorm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products listed at the incorrect price. JustDorm shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, JustDorm shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
